Meet the Team

He is an associate professor in Computer Science at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN). He has more than 26 years of experience in the IT industry as a project manager, technical lead, and researcher as well as teacher in national and international projects (including European and Norwegian projects). He now holds the following positions:

• Program Coordinator of Industrial Bachelor in Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS)
• Program Advisor (Coordinator) of Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) at USN
• Program Coordinator of Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) at USN

He currently serves as the Application Security Program Manager at Blu Bank and holds a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the IT and Banking sectors. Throughout his career, he has assumed diverse roles, including Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager, Researcher, Startup Cofounder, and University Faculty Member. 

In recognition of his accomplishments, he has received several prestigious national and international awards, including a notable second-place achievement in the worldwide RoboCup Rescue Simulation League. Presently, he fulfills the following key roles:

• Blu Bank Application Security Program Manager
• Blu Bank GRC Program Manager  
• University Lecturer in Computer Science and DeFi 

She is an Associate Professor at Kristiania University College, specializing in information security. Her research focuses on cybersecurity, including software security, IoT security, vulnerability analysis, applied cryptography, risk management, and governance. She is also involved in supervising master's and Ph.D. students in related fields. Toktam has a background in computer engineering and has worked extensively in areas like penetration testing, ethical hacking, and machine learning applications in security.
